You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Platform, but you grant Force Hiring Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Force Hiring Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by the courts located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
